Tiers buy seats.
Not features.

A one-person business on the smallest plan runs the identical platform a thirty-seat operation runs. No locked certificates, no upgrade prompt in front of the customer portal. You buy room for people, and nothing else changes.

Questions

What is actually different between the tiers?
Seats, and the level of service that comes with them. The software is identical on every plan — the same booking pages, certificates, customer portal, service plans, parts catalogue and automations. Klyro deliberately has no feature flags per tier.
What happens when I take someone on?
You move up a tier and add them. Nothing is migrated, exported or rebuilt, because it is the same system you were already running. The diary simply starts holding more than one person.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, with the whole platform available. Set it up around your trade, put your booking page live and run real jobs through it.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Annual billing works out at roughly a sixth less per month on Solo, Team and Pro. Enterprise is priced per agreement.
What counts as a seat?
A person with their own login — engineers, office staff, an owner who is also on the tools. Your customers do not need seats: the customer portal is included and unlimited.
