Complete

500 texts a month are included and card payments cost less, so your bill does not change from one month to the next.

Why pay for texts at all? A text gets seen. An email can sit buried under the newsletters. The messages that matter on the day, like telling a customer you are on the way, are worth sending by text. Emails are included on every plan.

Card payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rates. Klyro adds a platform fee on top, plus VAT: 0.5% on Complete, Team and Pro, 1% on Essentials.

Questions

What is actually different between the plans?
How many people they cover, how texts are paid for, and the card fee. The software is identical on every plan: the same booking pages, certificates, customer portal, service plans, parts catalogue and automations. No feature is locked to a more expensive plan.
Should I choose Essentials or Complete?
Essentials has the lower monthly price. You pay 8p + VAT for each text you send, and Klyro's platform fee on card payments is 1% instead of 0.5%, on top of Stripe's processing fee. Complete includes 500 texts a month, so your bill does not change from one month to the next. We recommend Complete for most businesses: texts are included, card payments cost less, and there are no surprises on the bill.
What happens when I take someone on?
Essentials and Complete both include 2 people, and you can add up to 2 more at £45 + VAT a month each. Past 4 people you move to Team. Nothing is migrated, exported or rebuilt, because it is the same system you were already running.
Can I sign up today?

Can I pay annually?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Annual billing works out at roughly a sixth less per month on Essentials, Complete, Team and Pro. Enterprise is priced per agreement, so contact us for pricing.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone with their own login: engineers, office staff, an owner who is also on the tools. An invite waiting to be accepted counts too. Your customers do not: the customer portal is included and unlimited.
