Built for UK trade businesses

The office you never have to hire.

One van or ten, Klyro runs the half of the business that isn't the work — the booking, the history, the certificate, the invoice, the chase, the next visit. You keep the tools.

Every plan is the whole platform. Tiers buy seats, not features.

Schedule · dispatch
The Klyro week schedule for 10 to 16 August 2026: a dispatch overview reading two booked and four engineers, engineer filters for Alex Morrison, Ben Carter, Jamal Okonkwo and Priya Patel, bank-holiday chips, day columns and an unassigned-work panel.

One job, end to end

Most trade software stores the job. Klyro carries it.

A call-out becomes a diary slot, a diary slot becomes a visit with the right history attached, a visit becomes a signed record and an invoice, and an invoice becomes the reason they call you next year. Follow the line.

01 Intake

It starts before the phone rings.

Your booking page takes the job while you are under a floor: what they need, how long it takes, what it costs. It is your name on it, not ours.

Nothing lands in the diary behind your back. Requests queue for review, so you approve, propose another time, or decline — and only then does it become a real slot.

What the customer sees
The trade's own Klyro booking page, step one of four, asking the customer what they need and listing boiler service at £102, boiler repair quote on request, diagnosis at £90 and a CP12 gas safety check at £78, all including VAT.
What you see
The Klyro booking-request queue holding two pending requests — Nadia Hussain reporting no hot water upstairs, and Jamie Fielding wanting an annual boiler service and safety check — each with call, request-info, propose-alternatives, decline and approve actions.
02 Context

You turn up already knowing the boiler.

The appliance has a record: make, model, GC number, serial, where it lives in the house, when it went in. Under it sits the service history, the certificates, the parts that have been in it.

No ringing the office. No scrolling three years of WhatsApp to remember whether you replaced that diverter valve or only quoted for it.

Appliance record
A Klyro appliance record for an Ideal Logic+ 30 boiler in a kitchen, showing GC number, serial, flue and warranty, with tabs for overview, service history, certificates, parts, documents and lifecycle.
Customer record
A Klyro customer record for Aisha Patel with contact details, address, quick actions to message, quote, produce a certificate or open the live job, plus her jobs, her property and its appliances, and lifetime value.
03 On site

The visit writes itself down.

The job screen is the work: the fault in the customer's own words, the appliance it belongs to, the safety state, a timer that runs while you do.

Completion is a sequence, not a button. Departure safety check, your attestation, then the customer's signature captured separately — or a recorded reason they were not there. Each one means a different thing, and Klyro keeps them apart.

Sign-off
The Klyro on-site sign-off panel: a required engineer signature field for Amara Clarke, a separate customer signature field with a checkbox to collect it, an alternative field to record why the customer was not on site, and a Complete job button that stays disabled until one is supplied.
The job
A Klyro job card mid-visit: an emergency for Zainab Okafor in Reading on a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 832 in the kitchen, the crew on the job, a clock that can be started, what the engineer is working on, and a checklist of what must be done before the visit can be finished.
What each signature commits to
The Klyro completion record, listing engineer attestation, customer acknowledgement and certificate evidence as three independent rows, with the note that none is relabelled as another.
04 Money

The paperwork was finished before you left the drive.

The quote they accepted is still attached to the work, with the date they accepted it. It converts into the job. The job's labour and parts become the invoice, priced from your catalogue rather than your memory.

And when it goes late, chasing is not a task you have to remember. Reminder, payment link by SMS, or record the payment — all from the invoice itself.

Quote → job
A Klyro quote for £540 marked accepted, with a Convert to Job action, its timeline of created, sent and accepted dates, itemised material and labour, and a financial summary showing the margin.
Chasing
A Klyro invoice marked overdue: £288 due against £0 paid, weeks past its due date, with actions to record the payment, pause chasing, send a reminder or send a payment link by SMS.
Line items
Klyro invoice line items showing a boiler service silver package of 1.5 hours at £75 as labour, a CO alarm at £30.80 and flue gas analyser filters at £18 as parts, with a subtotal of £145.83 and VAT at 20 per cent of £29.17.
05 Return

Work that comes back without you asking.

Sell cover, not call-outs. Build your own plans — an annual service, a CP12, priority booking, a discount on repairs — at your prices, and the recurring work stops depending on whether you remembered to ring.

Behind them, rules do the nagging: a certificate nearing expiry, an invoice due on completion, a booking confirmation. You switch one on and stop thinking about it.

Your plans, your prices
Two Klyro service plans the trade sells to its own customers: Boiler Cover Basic at £8.99 a month with an annual service, priority booking and ten per cent off repairs, and Boiler Cover Gold at £19.99 a month adding a CP12 and unlimited callouts with parts and labour covered.
Rules that run without you
Klyro automation recipes ready to switch on: an expired-quote follow-up SMS, a certificate-renewal email, an overdue-invoice chase SMS, a review request after a completed job, and a text to the customer when an engineer cannot get in.

Margin

Markup is a column,
not a memory.

Every part carries its cost, its markup, its sell price and what is left in the van. Price the job from the catalogue and the margin is decided before you are stood in someone's kitchen doing sums in your head.

Parts catalogue · cost, markup, sell, stock
The Klyro parts catalogue with category chips and sorting, listing parts with cost price, markup, sell price, stock and minimum stock — a CO alarm at £22 cost and 40 per cent markup selling at £30.80, a carbon monoxide detector at £28 and 20 per cent selling at £33.60, a fan assembly at £85 selling at £106.25.

And on site, the picker already knows the appliance.

You are not searching a catalogue of thousands from the top of a ladder. Klyro narrows it to what fits the boiler in front of you, then the part lands on the job — and on the invoice — at the price you set.

Add part to job
The Klyro add-part-to-job panel on a phone, offering to show only parts compatible with this boiler, with a search field containing the word pump and category filters for All, System, Boiler, Consumable and General.

Solo, and then not

Grow the business. Don't grow the admin.

Most one-person trades stall at the same place: the work is there, but taking more of it means more evenings, not more money. Klyro is built so the ceiling moves — the second van, the first office day, the landlord contract — without you rebuilding how you run.

Day one

One of you.

Setup asks what you actually do — Gas Safe and heating, plumbing, heat pumps, air conditioning — and builds the service list, certificate templates and pricing defaults around that answer. Not a blank system waiting to be configured on a Sunday.

The year it changes

Then there are four of you.

The same diary now holds engineers, absences, unassigned work and a dispatch view. Nobody migrates. Nobody exports a spreadsheet and re-keys it. You add a seat and the system you already know how to drive gets wider.

Setup · day one
Klyro setup asking what work the business takes on, offering Gas Safe and heating, plumbing, air source heat pumps and air conditioning, and noting that the answer builds the service and certificate templates.
Same diary · four engineers

The part nobody else does

Every plan is the whole platform. Tiers buy seats, not features.

There is no tier where certificates are locked, no upgrade prompt in front of the customer portal, no premium badge on the thing you needed today. A solo trader on the smallest plan runs the identical platform a thirty-seat operation runs. What you buy as you grow is room for people.

See what each tier costs

In your pocket

The whole business, run from the van.

Klyro was built for people who do not have a desk. Raise the job, add the part, take the signature, send the invoice, switch on the reminder — from the phone that is already in your hand.

Your customers get their own way in, too: a portal in your name where they can see their jobs, certificates and invoices without ringing you. Drop it onto the website you already have.

Their portal, your name
The Klyro customer portal sign-in: see all your jobs, quotes and invoices in one place, with a single-use sign-in link sent by email and no password to remember.
Onto your existing site
Klyro website-embed settings offering booking-page and customer-portal buttons as a combined widget, with copy-ready options for HTML, WordPress, Astro, Squarespace and Wix.

Landlords and letting agents

The contract that changes the business.

One agent with forty properties is worth more than forty one-off call-outs — and it is the work most solo trades turn down, because forty renewal dates will not fit in a head or a notebook.

Klyro holds the client, their properties, the appliance in each one and the certificate history behind it. Expiries chase themselves. That is the difference between wanting portfolio work and being able to take it.
